SHOCKING SECRET FOR YOU!! Tracy’s trauma deepens as her depression takes hold in Emmerdale – and concern mounts

Tracy Shankley’s (Amy Walsh) world is turned upside down in Emmerdale as Nate Robinson’s murder investigation is reopened.

When the police investigated previously, everything seemed cut and dry when not only did Owen die with a confession conveniently left on his laptop, but the police also tracked down the removals guy, who confirmed Owen was the one who paid him.

It seemed done and dusted until a new development came along – it was discovered that the suicide note had been saved to the laptop after Owen’s death. Uh oh John, you screwed up.

With his murderer still on the loose, the weight on Tracy’s shoulders is unbearable – not knowing who wanted to kill her husband, not understanding why, and having to single-parent Frankie.

Tracy is in a bad place and when Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) pops into the shop, she offloads on him about her mental health and her struggles with depression. Liam listens and suggests they get her more therapy to help her cope.

Tracy is later caught by Charity (Emma Atkins), who also notices something is wrong.

The two women catch up as Charity attempts to support Tracy, and in doing so reveals that Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) dumped her by text.

This triggers something in Tracy’s brain – there is a striking similarity to his disappearance and Nate’s.

This idea festers in Tracy’s mind as she tries to work out what it means.

Will she crack the case and realise her mate John is her husband’s killer?
