At Carter’s loft, Hope comes downstairs in the morning and teases that she wasn’t expecting all this when she came over. Everything about last night was perfect, including her beautiful ring. She gets to spend the rest of her life with him… her future husband.
Over breakfast, Hope tells Carter her mother will be ecstatic over their news. She can’t wait to go to the office and tell her. Carter wonders how Ridge and Steffy will take the news. Hope doesn’t care; she won’t let anything bring them down. Carter likes how she thinks. They kiss.
Steffy’s Change of Perspective
At Forrester, Brooke tells Steffy and Ridge that Hope is thrilled. Steffy says bringing her back was the right thing to do, though they won’t bring her line back at the moment. Brooke’s just glad she’s involved… the future’s looking brighter by the moment. They go over Hope taking responsibility, and Brooke’s grateful Steffy allowed her to come back. Steffy says she and Hope see things differently now.

Sheila’s Warning
At Il Giardino, Luna looks at Will’s photo on her phone and sends him a suggestive text. Sheila appears and tells her Deacon’s out for the day. She’s concerned about her looking at pictures of Will. “He’s with Electra Forrester.” Luna grins, “For now.”
Luna thought Sheila was on her team. Sheila tells Luna she’s playing with fire. Sometimes you need to accept your circumstances. Finn has made it clear she can’t be part of his life, and she wants her to respect her son. Will’s asking her to do the same thing. “I’m starting to wonder if you just choose to not listen… or if it’s something worse.” She’s warns that sometimes you have to be realistic… fantasies can be dangerous. From what Sheila’s seeing, Luna’s fixating on Will even though he’s unavailable. Luna’s hoping Will will break up with the stuck-up Electra.

Angering Electra
In Forrester’s design office, Will picks up his phone and tells Electra, “Unbelievable.” She asks, “What?” He says Luna just texted him. They rant back and forth about Luna being a double-murderer. Will doesn’t want to alarm his girlfriend, but the flirting has been happening a lot lately. Electra fumes. Will wants to block Luna, but Electra thinks it’s better to know what she’s thinking and doing. Will gets called away, and ask his girlfriend to please forget about Luna. Once alone, Electra says, “You want my boyfriend, Luna? Say it straight to my face.”
Hope and Carter Share News
At Forrester, Steffy is updating Brooke and Ridge on Daphne’s departure when Hope and Carter come in. They announce that something good has happened. Hope admits it wasn’t something she expected. She reminds Steffy they’ve been talking about healing and finding happiness. She and Carter have chosen each other… forever. She holds up the ring and Brooke squeals. Steffy and Ridge exchange a look as the trio celebrates.
Hope reports that the engagement happened last night as Brooke welcomes Carter to the family and admires the “perfect” ring. Steffy and Ridge offer their congratulations. Hope knows it might take time to digest… them being together as a team in any capacity might be jarring. Ridge grunts about them stealing the company… and then says they just want them to be happy. Carter tells his friend that Hope is home. He can’t wait to become a family with her and Beth. Maybe they’ll even have a little one of their own. “This is real.” Carter adds that he and Hope will do whatever they can to earn Ridge’s confidence and trust. Right now, he wants to focus on his bride-to-be. They kiss.
Steffy tells Hope her ring is beautiful. Ridge grunts that it’s quite a rock. Brooke marvels that they can all agree on one thing. Steffy knows Liam wants this for Hope… a future with Carter. They seem at peace. If they think they’re each other’s person, she won’t stand in the way, but will wish them the best. Carter thanks her and Hope says that means a lot. Brooke gushes about their “very strong bond” and seeks Carter’s assurance that he’ll always be there for her. No matter what. Carter says she’s the only woman for him. He’ll never have a divided heart and will love and cherish her until the day he dies. Hope will do the same. She believes in him, and their love.

Electra Confronts Luna
At Il Giardino, Sheila tells Luna to try and stay calm and keep all of this between them. She has to go pick up supplies, and warns her granddaughter not to lose it or go after Electra. Luna sniffs that the annoying young woman isn’t worth her time. As she rants about her, Sheila snaps that she needs to stop it. After she walks away, Luna crabs under her breath about her grandmother’s lack of loyalty. Suddenly, Electra appears. She came to put Luna on notice. Her boyfriends isn’t interested in her… in fact, she creeps him out. Electra orders her to stay away from Will. Luna leers, “Or what? What are you going to do, Electra?”
Electra asks, “Do you have no shame, Luna?” She keeps throwing herself at Will. Luna taunts about the way he looks at her. Electra reminds her what she did to Steffy. Luna says that drama’s behind her now. Electra’s not buying it… she’s still crazy and dangerous. Luna asks why she’s standing there threatening her and calling her names then. She’s a hypocrite. Electra tells her she’s detached from reality and has no soul. Will wouldn’t touch her with a ten-foot pole. “So, back off.” Luna fumes, “Who the hell do you think you are?! I’m not taking orders from a spoiled brat. I’m in control here, you got that? Threaten me again and you’ll be sorry.”
