At the shooting range, Luna says, “Adios, Steffy,” and shoots at her photo on the target as Remy looks on.

Remy asks why she hates Steffy. What has she ever done to her? Luna wishes she’d never heard her name. She wishes she’d never married her father. That bitch is keeping her away from him. Remy watches her as she looks at the shot-up photo of Steffy and smiles.

Taylor Looped In

At Forrester, Ridge and Steffy talk about Katie doing a great job on their latest PR campaign. Talk turns to Luna. Ridge is still concerned about her. Steffy hopes she never shows up at their house again. They go over Finn making it clear she’ll never be part of the family. Steffy says she can either accept it or continue making herself miserable. She’s holding onto a fantasy. Taylor walks in and asks what Luna’s done now.

Steffy fills Taylor in on Luna’s visit. Taylor muses that she still believes she can win Finn over and that Steffy’s standing in the way. Ridge says it’s too late. She’s a convicted murderer who tried to kill Steffy. Taylor’s worried about Luna aiming all of her anger and frustration straight toward Steffy.

Poppy Shows Up at the Hospital

In Finn’s office, Li’s concerned about Luna showing up at their house and warns him he has to protect Steffy and the kids. Finn says the kids weren’t home. She asks, “What about next time?” Finn says he told Luna to leave town. Li asks, “What did Luna say?” Poppy appears and asks, “What did Luna say about what?” Li asks what she’s doing there. She says she came to see Finn… about their daughter.

Li fumes that Luna is Poppy’s daughter, she ruined her life. She tells Finn not to let her sister pull her into this. Ignoring Li, Poppy says she’s worried. Anger and resentment are building up inside of Luna. Li asks how she knows this; has she seen her. Poppy says Sheila has, and she’s worried that Luna is coming unglued. Li snorts that if anyone knows about being unglued, it’s Sheila. Poppy explains that Luna sought out her grandmother because everyone turned their backs on her. Finn doesn’t think they should ignore this. Li points out her sister can be over the top. Poppy exclaims, “Oh my God.” Finn walks over to ask Poppy for more information. Poppy says Luna believes if Steffy were out of the way, she could have the kind of father/daughter relationship she’s always dreamt about.

Poppy says despite everything, she’s still Luna’s mother. She’s been given a second chance at freedom, and she doesn’t want to believe that she’d throw it all away. Finn says, “Sheila does.” Li tells her sister to find her daughter, put her on a plane, and make sure she never comes back. Poppy asks if Finn wants that too. Finn wants his wife not to have to live in fear. Luna tries to take her life once and he won’t let that happen ever again.

Remy Learns More

At Luna’s apartment, she tells Remy she’s a good shot for a beginner and laughs that maybe she’ll hang Steffy’s photo on her fridge. Remy wouldn’t have offered his services at the range if he knew who she was targeting. He’s realized that Dr. John Finnegan is her father. Luna vows that she won’t let Steffy keep her from her father.

Remy and Luna go over the truth about her father being kept from her all of these years. She says her mother robbed her of a relationship with her father, and now Steffy’s doing the same thing. She knows Finn feels love for her as much as she loves him. “I’m sure of it.”

Luna’s Vow

At Forrester, Taylor says Luna should have had therapy years ago. Steffy says if she went, it would only be to try and get back into Finn’s life. Since she tried to kill her, that’s not happening. Ridge grunts that this is all Bill’s fault. Taylor warns Steffy to be especially vigilant right now. Steffy will be… they don’t know where or when Luna will strike again.

At Luna’s place, she’s looking at Steffy’s shot-up photo and smiling when a knock comes at the door. She hides it and answers the door to her mother. Poppy says they need to talk and asks to come in. Luna allows it. Poppy’s sorry things have been so strained between them, but she cares what happens to her. Luna asks if she’s changed her mind and wants to repair the damage to their relationship. Poppy’s there because Sheila called her. She’s worried about her too. Luna scoffs that she told her to get out of town. Everywhere she turns, she’s treated like dirt. “Nobody cares about me. Nobody loves me.” But she believes her father would love her if given the chance. “If it weren’t for Steffy.” She warns her mother she’ll do whatever she has to do. She won’t let Steffy Forrester sabotage her relationship with her father.

At Forrester, Steffy is assuring her parents she’ll be on guard, but she won’t let Luna’s craziness spoil what they have. Finn appears and says, “Neither will I.” He won’t forget or forgive what Luna did to Steffy. He assures his in-laws that he’ll keep Steffy and the kids safe. They warn him he can’t give Luna false hope. Finn agrees completely. Luna isn’t a part of their family and she never will be. “I’ll assure you of that.” He vows to Steffy he won’t let harm her or their family. “I won’t let that happen.” They embrace.
