Emmerdale spoilers for next week: Dylan returns to the Dales harbouring a dark secret

Dylan is back in the village in next week Emmerdale spoilers following his recent stint in rehab. April is delighted to see her mate again and hear that he’s cleaned up his act. But it soon becomes clear Dylan isn’t being totally honest with her.

April gets what she wants in Emmerdale spoilers

After everything she’s been through April is finally in a better place. She’s loving her new role at Take a Vow, and has no intention of going back to education.

Concerned dad Marlon knows April won’t return to college unless she’s given the push. With his stubborn daughter standing firm, Marlon asks Belle if she will support him by revoking April’s apprenticeship.

Belle is left in an awkward position, but ultimately agrees Marlon knows what’s best. April is gutted when Belle reveals she’s letting her go, but it doesn’t take her long to realise it was all Marlon’s doing.

Annoyed, April pleads her case to her dad and insists she’s happiest at Take a Vow. This time her words get through and Marlon agrees she can stay working there.

April is reunited with Dylan

Across the village, Laurel thinks she can spy someone hiding in the bushes.

The mystery figure is soon revealed to be Dylan – who’s fresh from his attempted robbery at Butlers. Dylan and another hooded teen were discovered in one of the farm’s barns. Kyle picked up a pitchfork to scare them away and accidentally stabbed Dylan in the leg.

As April lays flowers at mum Donna’s grave she clocks Dylan and urges him to come and speak to her.

Dylan runs away from Ray in Emmerdale spoilers

During their catch up, Dylan reveals he’s off the drugs and April is delighted to have her mate back in her life. But what Dylan fails to mention is the nasty stab wound on his leg.

Later, as the homeless lad prepares to bunk down at the cricket pavilion he realises his injury is getting worse.

Next day, Dylan and April make plans to hang out together. But when drug dealer Ray arrives on the scene, Dylan runs away. What is their connection? And will Dylan come clean to April about what he’s got himself into?
