Debbie Webster is in for a hilarious challenge on Coronation Street next week as she finally decides to join the dementia choir.
Despite being completely adamant that she wouldn’t be joining, Debbie decides to follow Ronnie and Glenda’s suggestion and give singing a try. After one session, Debbie tells the group they need to up their game, and she’s just the woman to help them.
“Debbie bites the bullet and finally decides to try out the dementia choir,” says our Corrie insider. “But if you know Debbie Webster, you know that she’s not just going to sway in the background!
“Naturally, Debbie turns up at the session and immediately takes over the group, bringing her high-flying attitude to the usually relaxed atmosphere. Will the choir be her next big challenge – and more importantly, will she be accepted as a member?”
As viewers already know, Carl is juggling two secrets in his life – his stolen car scam and his secret affair with sister-in-law Abi Webster, the latter of which was recently uncovered by Tracy McDonald.
The schemer had demanded £10,000 from the pair in order to buy her silence, but she takes things up a notch next week as she confronts Carl at the Bistro and reminds him of their arrangement.
As things start to get nasty, Debbie walks in, and comes to her big brother’s defence after hearing Tracy’s disparaging remarks about Kevin.
While Debbie keeps enjoying her choir sessions, will she ever find out the truth about Carl and Abi?
