Rida is reluctant to report Russell to HR, after finding out that he is Flynn’s father-in-law. She tries to remove herself from the situation and asks to rejoin the ED, but Siobhan tells her that there are no available positions for her.

Later, Nicole is late to work and arrives in her casual clothes, so Russell demands that she gives a twirl to the entire surgery team. With Sean cowardly complying to Russell’s instruction, Nicole has no choice to do as she is told – and Rida is furious.

After the humiliating incident, Rida comforts Nicole and asks her again about the list. Nicole grants her access to an online group, a private space where female surgeons nationwide list names of dodgy male colleagues – but stresses that it must not be shared.

Rida tells Cam and Jodie what she has discovered, and says she is tempted to make the group public. Her friends warn her that doing so would expose anonymous whistleblowers, but Rida insists that the issue shouldn’t be swept under the carpet and that if the women come together, they might make a change. As Rida decides to follow her instincts, is she making a big mistake?
