The woman named Bria had a son with Biniyam and had even managed to bring him to the U.S. briefly to witness the birth of their child. However, Bria left Biniyam when they returned to Ethiopia, and she took their son Simon along. Biniyam never admitted to it but suggested that Bria left him because he was cheating on her. When she asks him if he cheated on a pregnant Ariela, he replies, “I want to say, like in the beginning…” and tries to talk in circles when his co-stars ask him to get to the point.
