1. Moira Dingle is arrested after Lydia Dingle is caught in her crossfire

Moira and Cain (Jeff Hordley) are seething when Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) warns he’s determined to get his hands on their land for Kim (Claire King).
As Joe sets a plan in motion, Moira promises Kyle (Huey Quinn) that they aren’t losing their home, but when she’s gone, Kyle hears a noise from the barn and finds two masked teenagers.

One of them happens to be Dylan, and in a panic, Kyle accidentally stabs Dylan in the leg with a pitchfork.
Moira scares the lads off with the shotgun, and Cain insists Joe is behind what happened and swears revenge.

Moira wants to go to the police first, but Joe denies all involvement and Moira gives into her anger and goes to hit Joe.
But it’s Lydia (Karen Blick) who gets punched in the ear instead, leaving Moira horrified.
Kyle then witnesses PC Swirling (Andy Moore) arresting Moira, and he later tells her in confidence that her case isn’t looking good.

Cain is at loggerheads with Sam (James Hooton) after threatening Lydia over Moira’s actions.
But when Cain orders Sam to choose a side – the Tates or the Dingles – what will he decide?

Noticing John has left his phone behind, Robert tries to unlock it, but is forced to hand it over when John arrives.
John is left worried as he tells Chas of his concerns about Robert, but Chas reckons Robert is just jealous.
Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) tries to convince Robert to get help, but when he refuses, John agrees to ask Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) to check in on him.
John then sneaks into Keeper’s cottage and leaves behind a small listening device.
Listening in on one of Robert’s conversations, John is buoyed to finally get some dirt on Robert, but what is it?
