A shame-faced Alfie Moon returns to Walford in our pick of the EastEnders spoilers for Mon, Jul 28 – Fri, Aug 1, with his mission to find Zoe having hit a brick wall. What reaction will he find when he returns home to Kat? And how will she react to his drunken confession?

Elsewhere, a terrified Oscar attacks Peter in a case of mistaken identity, and Patrick gambles with his future marriage. Meanwhile, Stacey and the family gather to remember Martin (again), and George celebrates a new job.

Here are five of the biggest spoilers from EastEnders Mon, Jul 28 – Fri, Aug 1.

1. Alfie returns in EastEnders spoilers

After failing to find Zoe and confessing to Kat in a voice message, Alfie returns to Walford. Kat confronts him over his lies, still believing that he was helping Hayley and Cherry in Spain.

He promises never to lie to her again… but can Alfie keep his word?

2. Oscar attacks Peter

After learning that Oscar’s in danger, Lauren urges him to speak to Jack. Instead, Oscar decides to handle the situation himself, and goes to see Mike.

However, Mike doesn’t come alone, and he and his pal attack Oscar. Jack intervenes before they can seriously hurt him, but Oscar’s on his last warning with his family.

That night, Oscar panics when he sees a hooded figure in the house. Thinking it’s Mike or one of his gang, Oscar attacks. He’s left with egg on his face when he realises that it’s Peter – who promptly throws him out of the house.

The next day, Lauren tries to get to the bottom of Oscar’s attack on Peter. Determined to help her brother after she learns how hard he had it at the Young Offender’s Centre, she gets into an argument with Peter. As she storms off to Jimmy’s first support group without Peter, Oscar gets in more trouble with Mike.

3. Patrick risks his marriage in EastEnders spoilers

Yolande is upset when she learns that Patrick is gambling to pay for their wedding. She demands that he stop, but he’s determined to continue betting in secret.

After winning big on the horses, Patrick convinces Howie to keep it a secret. Later, Yolande is angry when she finds out about Patrick’s gambling. She tells him that she’s calling the wedding off if he places another bet.

Howie suggests an alternative – he’ll bet for Patrick instead. Is Patrick playing a dangerous game?

4. Remembering Martin

In The Vic, Stacey and the children gather to celebrate Martin’s birthday.

5. George’s new job in EastEnders spoilers

Howie is embarrassed when Denzel tells him he asked Kim for money. He goes for the bouncer’s job at Harry’s Barn, but faces competition from George.

After agreeing to distract George while Harry and Okie use Kojo’s flat, Nicola sits down for a chat with the Queen Vic’s former landlord. She offers him the job as Head of Security at Harry’s Barn.
